The Envision Floral Studio all started when Kimberly—wedding planner, design guru, and organization queen—kept getting the same request: “Can you also do our florals?” Never one to back down from a challenge (or a chance to create something beautiful), she decided to make it happen.
With a certification from the Canadian Institute of Floral Design and 17 years of wedding planning experience, Kimberly leads the Envision team in creating magic. From mood boards to magical reveals, her goal is simple: a stress-free, seamless experience and jaw-dropping designs tailored to each client.
Whether you dream of a romantic, classic look or something bold and modern, Kimberly and her team have been making floral magic happen for over 10 years—across the GTA and even as far as Los Angeles and Mexico. Let’s chat flowers, colors, and all things design to bring your vision to life!



MICHAEL SKUBIC
Operations Manager and Jack of All Trades
Meet Michael—the ultimate jack of all trades and Kimberly’s right-hand man in work and life. He started as an events assistant, worked his way up to production manager, and now keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Whether he’s climbing ladders for ceiling installs, driving the delivery van, or swooping in to save the day, he’s the guy who just gets it done. No task is too big, too small, or too random for Michael. If there’s a problem, he’s already on it—probably with a coffee in one hand and a zip tie in the other.

MEGHAN KELLY
Senior Floral Designer
Meet Meghan—event pro turned floral guru and all-around creative powerhouse. She started as an intern with Envision Weddings, worked her way up to senior event specialist, and then had a gut feeling she needed to channel her creativity in a new way. Enter: floral design.
Now, as a senior designer with us (and with a day job at a floral wholesaler), she’s literally surrounded by flowers 24/7—and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Whether she’s designing dreamy bouquets or sourcing the freshest blooms, Meghan brings passion, artistry, and a whole lot of flower knowledge to every event.



SONYA TAVARES
Senior Production Manager
Meet Sonya—the ultimate organizational guru and problem-solving pro. She started as an occasional events assistant and quickly became our go-to production manager, keeping everything (and everyone) on track.
With a background in Early Childhood Education, she’s basically a master of managing personalities, sticking to a schedule, and coming up with quick fixes when things go sideways—because, let’s be real, events never go exactly as planned.
Whether she’s coordinating logistics or saving the day with a last-minute solution, Sonya keeps the magic behind the scenes running smoothly, all with a smile and a clipboard in hand!

SABRINA SKUBIC
Senior Production Manager
Meet Sabrina—educator-turned-event-extraordinaire who swapped the classroom for the event floor and never looked back.
Fast-paced environments are her thing, thanks to years of experience in both teaching and restaurants (so handling chaos with a smile is basically second nature).
And if her last name sounds familiar, you’re not imagining it—she’s Michael’s sister! Efficiency, problem-solving, and all-around event magic clearly run in the family.
Whether she’s keeping things on schedule or jumping in wherever she’s needed, Sabrina brings energy, organization, and a can-do attitude to every event.



DEIRDRE O'BRIEN
Studio and Inventory Manager
Meet Deirdre—the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our inventory stocked, our workshop organized, and our team running like a well-oiled machine.
Honestly, every team needs a Deirdre. Without her, we'd be buried in a sea of ribbons, vases, and who-knows-what. She makes sure everything is where it should be so we can do our jobs efficiently (and without tripping over boxes).
But she’s not just about keeping things tidy—she’s also our behind-the-scenes content queen, capturing the magic of our productions. So if you see her running around with a camera on event day, just know she’s making us all look good!

IT'S A FAMILY AFFAIR
At its heart, our floral studio is a family business—both by blood and by bond. Yes, three of us are actually related through blood and marriage, but the rest? We’ve been in each other’s lives for anywhere from 7 to 30 years, which basically makes us family, too.
We’ve celebrated milestones together, tackled challenges side by side, and built a foundation of trust that makes our team more than just coworkers—we’re a tight-knit crew that genuinely has each other’s backs.

That sense of family is exactly what we bring into every production we do. We don’t just show up to make things look pretty (though we definitely do that). We pour our hearts into every arrangement, installation, and detail, treating each event like it’s one of our own. Because at the end of the day, our commitment isn’t just to beautiful flowers—it’s to making sure your wedding or event feels seamless, stress-free, and filled with love.
